SBAT Auditorium & Pricing

The SBAT Auditorium provides an intimate setting for up to 300 guests (250 chairs provided). The space is fully versatile, featuring a stage and projector, and can be transformed to match your specific event requirements and seating style.

Base Rental Package

  • Cost: $200 per hour
  • Minimum Rental: 4 Hours
  • Additional Time: $125 per hour
  • Cleaning Fee: $200 (Pre & Post event)

Inclusions:

  • 75 Chairs & 3 Tables included
  • Basic Stage Lighting
  • Free High-Speed Internet (Live Streaming)

Optional Add-ons

  • Extra Chairs: $1.50 per item
  • Extra Tables: $10.00 per table
  • Table Covers: $10.00 each (Mandatory if tables used)
  • Advanced Audio System: $150 per hour
  • Decoration: Starts from $750 (Refer gallery image)

Facilities at SBAT

The temple offers end-to-end event support. While specific inclusions depend on discussion, our services generally cover:

  • Arrangement of Priests for all required rituals.
  • Complete coordination of pooja schedules.
  • Provision of all pooja materials.
  • Fresh flowers and garlands.

2. Hall & Event Setup

  • Full hall arrangement and seating.
  • Professional stage setup.
  • Oonjal (Swing) setup for applicable ceremonies.
  • Banana leaf serving arrangements for dining.

3. Decor & Ambience

  • In-house traditional decorations.
  • Audio system setup.
  • Cold spark effects and Fog machine (where appropriate).

4. Food & Serving

  • Pure Vegetarian/Vegan Food (Strictly No Onion, No Garlic).
  • Prasadam and catering handled exclusively by the temple kitchen.
  • Traditional Banana leaf serving.

5. Additional Services

  • Photography and Videography.
  • Goodie bags / Return gifts.
  • Seer Bakshanam.
  • Facial makeup services, Hair dressing, and Mehndi (Henna).
  • Saree draping assistance.

Your Responsibilities

We strive to keep the devotee's responsibilities minimal. You are only responsible for:

  • Inviting your guests.
  • Purchasing clothes for the family.
  • Purchasing Gold and Silver ornaments.
  • Providing items specific to your unique family customs.

Everything else is coordinated by the temple team.

Planning Process

  • The temple provides planning discussions (Virtual or In-person).
  • All requirements must be clearly discussed in advance.
  • Final inclusions are confirmed only after Manager Approval.

Important Rules & Food Policy

Food Restrictions (Strict):

  • Only temple-prepared food is allowed.
  • No outside catering permitted.
  • Absolutely No Onion and No Garlic in any food.
  • Wedding sweets/snacks are allowed only as take-home goodie bags; they cannot be served for dining inside the hall.
