Sri Thyagarajan Subburathinam, founder and president of SBA Temple, is affectionately known as Pandit Thyagu Sastrigal. Serving as the temple's Pradhana Krishna Yajur Veda Smartha Vaidika Priest, he is one of the five founding priests of SBAT. Originating from a family of Yajur Ghanapatis in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India, he completed his adhyayanam in Krishna Yajur Veda-Ghanantham at Shankara Matam in Kumbakonam. He is highly knowledgeable in Asvalayana, Apasthamba, and Bodhayana Sutra rituals and an expert in Shaktam and Sri Vidya Upasana. With over 20 years of experience, he is a respected authority on the shodasha karmas and various poojas.

Sri Venkatesh Rajangam, fondly called Sri Venkatesh Vadyar, is the Pradhana Rig Veda Smartha Vaidika Priest of our temple. He is one of the five founding priests of SBAT. He hails from a family of Rig Ghanapatis. A native of Kadayanallur, Tamil Nadu, India, he has done adhyayanam of Rig Veda-Ghanantham at Kulithalai Paatasala, Tamil Nadu, India. He is well versed in Asvalayana, Apasthamba and Bodhayana Sutra Prayogam. He has over 20 years of experience and is an authoritative scholar on the shodasha karmas and other poojas.

Sri Balakrishna Bhat, fondly called Sri Bhat Ji, is the Pradhana Madhwa Priest of our temple. He is one of the five founding priests of SBAT. He hails from a family of vedic scholars. He did adhyayanam of Rig Veda kramantham in addition to Tarka & Nyaya Sastras and Vyakarana at Poorna Prajna Vidya Peetha, Bangalore, India. He follows the Madhva Sampradaya and is an expert at designing mandalas. He has over 25 years of experience and is fluent in Sanskrit, Kannada, Tulu, English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. He is an erudite scholar on Asvalayana Sutra Prayoga for the performance of the shodasha karmas and other poojas.

Sri Ganesan Rajamani Gurukkal, fondly addressed as Sri Ganesan Shivacharyar, is the Pradhana Shaiva Agama Priest (Shivacharyar) of our temple. He is one of the five founding priests of SBAT. He hails from a family of Shivacharyars. A native of Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India, he did his adhyayanam of Vedas and Shaiva Agama from Sri Karpaga Vinayagar Veda and Agama Paatasala, Pillaiyarpatti, Tamil Nadu, India. He has worked as a pradhana acharya of various Hindu temples around the world including countries like Mauritius before coming to USA. He has over 30 years of experience and has performed many kumbhabhishekams. He is proficient in Tamil, Sanskrit and English. He is an expert on Vastu Sastra, performing the shodasha karmas and other poojas.

Sri Sridharan Sundararajan, fondly called Sri Sridharan Vadyar, is the Pradhana Sri Vaishnava Krishna Yajur Veda Purohita of our temple. He is one of the five founding priests of SBAT. He hails from a family of Yajur Ghanapatis. A native of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, he has done adhyayanam of Krishna Yajur Veda – Kramantham at Sri Veda Rakshana Nidhi Trust, Kunniyur, Tamil Nadu, India. He is also an expert on the Nalayaira divya prabandham. He belongs to Swayamacharya Tradition. He is well versed in the Apasthamba and Bodhayana Sutra Prayogam. He has over 20 years of experience in performing shodasha karmas and other poojas and is fluent in Sanskrit, English, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.
